File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) only.
Font: Times New Roman, Size 12 (main text), Size 10 (footnotes).
Spacing: 1.5 line spacing for main text; single spacing for footnotes.
Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
Word Limit: 3,000–10,000 words (including references and footnotes).
Language: English, grammatically correct and clear.

The journal follows a flexible citation approach. Authors may use:

Harvard Referencing Style
Bluebook (21st Edition) – preferred for legal submissions
All citations must be consistent throughout the manuscript. Footnotes for legal articles should follow the Bluebook standard.
